I started my career in the real estate industry in 1999 as a Property Manager. I have since managed over 1,286+ multifamily units as well as 400+ residential homes and small commercial properties. As a property manager, my responsibilities include marketing, leasing, applicant screening, rent collection, property inspections, lease signing, coordinating repairs and turn-over of units while overseeing the work performed. I will also file the necessary paperwork on Court matters and appear on your behalf as allowed by the Court.

In 2005, I became a Licensed Realtor in order to assist my landlords with purchasing their investment property and tenants as well as family & friends with purchasing their home. In order to offer a full-service real estate company where clients can continue to receive the personalized services they deserve, I obtained my Broker’s license and started my own real estate company, Pat Moore Real Estate Serivces, LLC., in February 2013. 

I am a member of several organizations related to the real estate industry and have held several positions in the National Association of Residential Property Manager-Richmond Chapter & the Peninsula Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. I am a member of Richmond Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and the Richmond Association of Realtors. I am also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of VA as well as Notary Signing Agent. I am a Qualified Trainer for the Virginia Housing Home Ownership Education Program. I continue to attend training and education seminars related to the real estate and property management industry. 

I am a people person so when I am not conducting real estate business, I am enjoying time with my family and friends.
